Quality Control To ensure the bet quality products, inspection is done at every stage. The raw material inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of the raw materials, are carried out by competent authorities. All the gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers are periodically calibrated and examined by government approved agencies. Test reports are provided with each dispatch for customer's satisfaction. Infrastructure The infrastructure of our plant forms the basis of high quality standards of products. Our most experienced technical staff, backed by competent technicians, gives us a fully satisfied customer base in terms of quality and timely delivery. Our manufacturing plant has complete range of in-house production facilities. Our production facilities are cold forging Headers of øM5 X 35mm length, øM8 X 50mm, øM8 X 150mm, øM10 X 150mm, øM12 X 150mm, besides Trimming Machine, Micro Lathes, Slotters, Thread Rolling Machines, Polishing Drum, Lathe, Bench Grinders. As far as Measurement and Monitoring Devices are concerned, we have Hardness Testers, Vernier Callipers, Micrometers, Thread Ring Gauges, etc.
